Alert regarding Fake Messages, Calls Related to Prize from Big Pucchi :
Big Pucchi does not request or send any communication via e-mail, WhatsApp messages or via telephone seeking payments from customers for any Prize Money. No such scheme is being run by the company. If you receive an e-mail from someone claiming to be from Big Pucchi and demanding Money in lieu of giving any kind of prize scheme Do not reply. Big Pucchi does not ask its customers to make any kind of payment to any particular bank account or in the name of any individual person. It is therefore advised to all customers not to entertain any such message or call and do not share any confidential information like bank account, credit card details, etc.
The company, Nature Touch Nutrition with brands Studd Muffyn, Big Pucchi and Nuskhe By Paras, shall NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE TO ANY LOSS or TO COMPENSATE ANY LOSS OCCASIONED BY SUCH SCAMSTER. STAY ALERT!
- Refund and Return Policy:
- No refund or return is applicable for cosmetic products, crystals, and clothing items displayed on the portal.
- Customers must raise relevant issues within 7 days of receiving the shipment to be eligible for a refund or return.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and initiated/credited within 10-12 working days.
- For COD orders, account details will be requested for refund initiation.
- For prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking), the amount for cosmetic products, crystals, and clothing items will be refunded to the original account within 10-12 working days.
- If the ordered shipment is not received within 15 days, customers can claim a refund for the order amount paid for cosmetic products, crystals, and clothing items.
Unboxing Video Policy:
- Customers raising concerns are kindly requested to provide an unboxing video for efficient assistance. This video helps address issues accurately. Without an unboxing video, processing concerns may be challenging.

- We strive to provide the best experience and do not facilitate cancellations once an order is placed.
- However, additions to the current order or product exchanges with items of equal value can be made until the order is pending pickup.
